Folding a Wisper 806

I have recently bought a new Wisper 806, and find it difficult to lock and unlock when you fold and unfold. The locking lever is very tight. Unfortunately you don’t get a manual explaining this. Is there some kind of ‘knack’ to this? Would it be a good idea to use some form of grease/lubricant?

There should be an adjuster screw for how tight it locks. If you can't find it inside the fold, please show photos of the mechanism inside the fold.

Don't make it so loose that it allows movement when locked.
