Hello, I am new here and I'm really impressed with the pedelecs community that guided me through my research, however I wasn't able to find a solution to my problem either here or youtube (maybe I used the wrong keywords?)

I am planning to fit my Specialized Sirrus 2.0 with a TongSheng TSDZ2B as it seemed like a perfect bike for a conversion, I am worried however that I might not have enough clearance between the top of the motor and bottom of bracket shell for the derailleurs and hydraulic hoses cables, as these cables are going internally and leave at the bottom of the down tube.

I am not too worried about moving the cables around as it seemed easy enough, but I am worried about the hydraulic hose as it seems like a complicated process to replace the hose and require a lot of special tools.

Do you think the motor will fit? if it doesn't is there any way I can make it fit without moving the hose?

I attached pictures of my bike, apologies for the dirt.IMG-20241203-WA0040.jpgIMG-20241203-WA0042.jpg

I don't think it will fit, but you should not be scared of rerouting the hydraulic hose. All you need is a new nipple and hose insert, although often the existing one will reseal OK, and a bleed kit, and some of the right kind of brake oil or fluid. Only a few £ or € or $, and half an hour of careful work.

I would hate to dremel a nice bike even though it's cosmetic. I've rerouted mechanical lines, bled hydraulic lines, but have yet to break and re-install a line, I would do that first.

Does the ToSeven DM02 have more clearance to the downtube?

Most likely it won't fit. I used dremel on my bike.
I see, I actually don't mind somr filing especially that the bike is relatively inexpensive.
is that your cable and house going around the motor instead of above it?

dremeling might be necessary for this one even if i move the hoses because of the cable exit ramp.. I don't like dremeling my bike but the bottom will be invisible anyway

You could buy a cheap second hand brake on ebay to practice on.

Could you buy some frame hose clips and make your cables externally routed.

I don't know if this would help in anyway, I have not used them.
