C-washers go on the outside of the drop-out to deal with the eccentricity of the drop-out dimple relative to the axle centre. If you don't have dimples, they're not needed. If you do, nothing must overlap the edge of the dimple, otherwise when you tighten the nut, the drop-out will pop.

Yes I have put the a c-washers in, torque arm on , and just took the bike for a spin around the village , bike has lots of torque,
Need to buy a dedicated box/bag now for the back ,
Controller was warm when I got back and battery was cool had them just in a bag duct taped to rear rack.
But I was up and down hills.

Noticed my brakes arnt very good , going to buy some this week , slightly worried how the forks are going to cope with the 203mm coming up from 160mm (I'm 17 stone)

Another factor I've found out I'm unable to change gear due to the throttle being in the way, I've switched it to a decent gear and happy helping the motor out and hopefully burn a few calories in the process.
Bike is easily 25kg now
Just did a 1 mile spin stating voltage was
57.9v and just checked now and it's 57v .

So this week's buys are BMS and new brakes any recommendations, bike stand (needs to be heavy duty),box/bag again recommendations
Ohhhh and I've seen some digital watt meters on eBay I'd like to use (presume they aren't waterproof)
