I placed an order with Greenbikekit for a couple of motors, controllers etc on the 21/09. One item was urgent so I paid the slightly higher fee for the Fedex express service (2-4 days)
The response and updates from the company were very prompt, I received the tracking number for the Express service on Monday.
When I checked progress on the Fedex site it showed the Economy not Express service, so I emailed Anna, the contact for this order. She immediately apologised, saying it was an agent error and promptly refunded the difference to my Paypal account.
Yesterday (27th) Fedex delivered the parcel! It had gone through as Express despite the incorrect labeling, so it probably was a Fedex error.
The packaging was excellent, everything was well wrapped and protected, all wheel nuts washers and loose parts were bagged and the box well padded.
So far it's been an impressive service.
