Yes one of the female end is molex and I dont want to change it.

Have you had any luck with the connector. I use a company called RS Components. Your connector looks like a Molex STANDARD .062" Series 2 Way 1 Row Male Straight PCB Housing 1625. Part No. 679-4849. They are a good company with fast delivery. You should be able to get the pins as well.
