Virtually any hydraulic brake will fit. Idon't know how much clearance you have between the caliper and motot. Often you need to go up to 180mm disc to get more clearance, which would require a caliper spacer/adapter for the larger disc.
The main problem is that normal hydraulic brakes don't have switches in to switch off the controller, and you really need one on the back brake. You can get switched hydraulic brakes from Juicy Bikes or the Tektro Auriga E-comp.
The FreeGo rear motor uses a non-standard disc rotor hole spacing mount and when I uprgraded mine from V-brake to disc I could only find the standard 160mm diameter ones with the correct mounting hole spacing. Standard ISO disc brake rotors did not fit.
