Hey @cyclebuddy and fellow pedelecers, I've heard of the vibration alarm on Alibaba you mentioned. While it's not foolproof, a 110db alarm is definitely loud enough to startle anyone trying to mess with your bike. Pairing it with a cable through the saddle rails and into a good U-lock seems like a smart move.

Now, about unlocking speeds: it's great you brought up Fiido's updates, including on the display/controller. For those wondering how fast e-bikes can actually go, I recently read an article on Downhill biking. The world record speed on a downhill mountain bike is an astonishing 103mph!
