Fellow Kalkhoff Pro-Connect Impulse owners - question

This is a question I hope fellow Kalkhoff Pro Connect Impulse 9/10 owners can help me with.

I was just brushing plaster and tile dust off my bike that the bathroom guys spread all over my garage recently. I used a soft long bristle brush and was pretty gentle. I didnt have the battery installed, as it has been stored indoors for the last couple of weeks. Brushing around the area where the battery installs, up around the lock, a small rectangular rubber pad flew off. I didnt see where it had come from, but it had been held on by double sided sticky film - which of course had dried out. My guess is it stops the battery from moving slightly when locked on the bike - as it now does that when I lock it in place, but I can't for the life of me see where this little rubber pad should go to stick it back on! I've posted a photo here of the pad. Can someone look on their bike and show me where it should go please?IMG_2750.JPG

I have a Kalkhoff agattu impulse 8, just had a look, no rubber pads.
you must have a different battery.
Some one else will help, I am sure of that.

I think it's on the lock area of the battery, to cushion the battery against its lock... It's attached to the lock, not the battery.

Yes its possible it sticks to the battery, and yes its possible it was on the lock area, but I'm hoping a similar Kalkhoff owner can look at their bike for me :) I know there are owners on here...

I am the owner of a ProConnect 10...

The pad attaches to the side of the lock touching the battery, and is on top of some screw...

I have lost mine too, probably cleaning in the same way, so can't take a picture of it.

Ahh - that gives me a clue, thank you, I'll take another look at mine. So presumably your battery, when locked in place, now has a little play in it - does it rattle on the move at all?

No, I didn't notice any play, or noise.

I did remember seeing a little black square on the ground a couple of weeks ago, while cleaning my bike with a soft brush (without the battery), but didn't know what I was either, and didn't notice it was missing from anywhere. Your post just reminded me of it.

I guess it had a purpose, so I will stick some rubber tape back.
