I can get the wheels turning on a normal bike and use mine a couple of times a week to nip to shops. problems occur when i realise i forgot my wallet and rush back and the old knee starts throbbing.
rule is I have to be gentle on it. If the options increase if i just need to get her rolling and add weak pedal power here and there, then i'll be okay. think ive accepted im not going to get a motor light enough to do all the work so i will need to learn to stay within my limits and have a rest week now and again if needs be.
