eZee Forza RWB City Edition Review

On the video there is a stick like device on the left pedal what is that for ? also the Forza in the review is stated as been 200w but it must be derestricted because it does about 38kph is there no speed restriction down under? is it just the wattage that has to be 200w?

It looks like a gopro mount taped to the crank arm, you just have to remember not to pedal whilst the camera fitted
200w in Oz has unlimited speed, but according to DOT in my state you are meant to have a Maximum of 200w at the shaft! it was ignored and treated as a continuous rating and 200w was slapped on a lot of 250w eu bikes without changes, I have one of them.
