I can help you out here. My browser showed it.

There is a very small boy - probably about two years old, riding a small motorcycle over a hump of earth so that both front and back wheels are in the air as he crests the hump. At the same time, a total moron, probably his father is running beside him. If ever there was a case for a child being removed from parents, this is it. That kid is at serious risk of harm because he is being 'looked after' by idiots.

Motor cycles are dangerous for adults. Why would anyone put a toddler on one?

@Ghost1951 I’m not sure of your approach to life but why wouldn’t you put a toddler on a small motorcycle, it’s like a balance bike. I actually think it’s safer than balance bike because it has brakes where a lot of balance bikes on the market don’t. I know this from life experience because my sons first accident was on his first balance bike , going downhill, couldn’t manage the speed and to slow down and he had a bad accident, after that I got him another balance bike with brakes and he never had another accident.

motorcycles are dangerous for adults so the cars and people still drive them

some people wrap their kids in cotton wool some people want them to have life and fun

@saneagle I have received the 36v500w controller yesterday and even thought I was very on the edge I decided to hook it up to see if that's going to make any difference, it turned up it did made a little difference and made the bike a little bit faster, exactly the way I wanted, on saturday we only tested for 15min and the battery didn't blow or what's even more important didn't even get warm, today he's been using for couple of hours (with breaks) and the same situation, no blow ups or any heat from battery

Nobody is really suggesting you dont. But there is a steep learning curve when it comes to safety over sending a small kid off at breakneck speed.

Two wheels when you are young is great, it is freedom. Two wheels on a wheelchair certainly isnt.
Again I reiterate, join a club.

Adults are old enough to understand the risks involved, 6 yr olds are not.

Allowing a 6 year old to do 22mph on probably poor surfaces - crazy

I think we all know our kids, what they capable of and what they don't.

Some kinds love sitting on their bums and draw pictures, some loves football, some loves bike some other things.

I rather not to think about black case scenarios.

I'm curious, how many memories do you have of being 6 years old? I have one.

I could find a few :D not a lot but more than one
I remember loads about when i was 6 years old. It's easy for me to remember because we moved house when I was 7 years old:

Swimming in isleworth swimming pool
Watching superman matinees at the cinema in Isleworth. We had to use a bus to get there
The steam trains going under the bridge in Hounslow Road and the lizzard I saw on the embankment next to the bridge, and the wild logan berries there too.
Paddling in the paddling pool off Hounslow Rd (now gone)
Fishing for sticklebacks (red breasters) and gudgeon in Crane Park
Getting stung by a wasp's nest in Crane park
Getting chased by the park keeper
Going to the Cubs in my friend's dad's sidecar
My dad's BSA C11 and his Hillman sidevalve sit up and beg car with the registration DJH 999 that failed its 10 year test, so went to the scrap heap. When did they stop the ten year test?
Roller skating in Lyndhurst Avenue
Making a camp in the garden and meeting the hedgehog during the night
The rasberry patch in the garden
My dad's 22 rifle, which I took up the street to show my friend
getting my first fishing rod for my 7th birthday
My friend's tricycle that had a boot
My friend's go-kart that his dad made him which had lights, a horn and a steering wheel instead of a rope
Helping the milkman deliver milk in my street and getting a chocolate Mikky for it
Stabbing a pupil with a dip pen outside the school because he was waiting there every night to bully me for some reason
Mrs Wills the school headteacher
Getting asked to read to the headmistress because I was doing it so well
The scary hawksmoth caterpillars in the privet hedge outside the school
Using a candle to wax the slide in the park next to the school
and loads more.

My first memory is at 3 when my cousin (also 3) was moving to South Africa ; saying goodbye in our back garden and being told it would be a long time before I saw her again. (Return trips from South Africa weren't very common in 1950)
