Euro 220 for replacement Bosch E-bike batteries on Ebay: good Value? Legal to import?

Further to the Posting by Wisper bikes David about importing batteries.......
"I have recently been informed that to import, offer for transportation or supply Lithium Ion batteries of more than 100Wh" I saw these on Ebay
Bosch e-bike battery 36V 288Wh for all e-bikes with the Bosch middle motor 10INR18/65-4

and wondered

A: Would they fall foul of this ruling if its a Genuine Bosch part

and
B: Is this price too good to be true at euro 199.90 plus euro 20.99 for DHL delivery
given that the usual price is more like Euro 400 ( saw the 11 AH for E579)

The trader has a 98.6% rating and images seem to show the genuine article to my untrained eye.

Looks to me like it's one used battery.

The seller appears genuine saying- according to Bing translator - the 'recharges are unknown' but the battery should be 'minimally usable'.

It's either stolen or knackered.

People don't usually sell perfectly usable batteries.

The old adage applies here - if it seems too good to be true..............................................
