Error 30

Hi everyone. I have a wisper 806 torque bike. My spare battery has stopped working. It's just over 2 years old. When it's on my bike and I turn the power on the LCD screen says Error 30. Does anyone known what that means. There is no power at all.

Wisper Bikes are fairly active on this forum. If you change your Subject line to 'Wisper 806 Torque - error 30' you might get their attention. Or maybe just email them direct.
