So I'm converting a Tern folding bike to an e-bike by adding a BBS02
my typical need will be 2 3 or 4 mile trips a day but that would be mostly throttle, some hills nothing outrageous
Will a 10ah battery (52v) give me enough range? Or should I go for 14.5ah?
I'm trying to keep weight down
these are the batteries I'm torn between:

10ha x 52v is 520wh, for my use a 50+ mile range in PAS 1 or 2, but why 52v ?
The BBS02 rpm is optimised for 48v some I think some have had issues with 52v. .

The shop said it would be fine and that 40% of their customers used 52v. Good as even when battery is depleted still had decent voltage they said.

When depleted the battery will have a similar % of relevant voltage as a 48v battery as the cells are all charged to 4.2v each. All that is different is the lvc voltage is set higher because of the extra group of cells.

Also to keep weight down the 48v will be about 200 -250grams lighter.
