BTW I'm not claiming any glory- I used "Tour" to get to the grouse shooters bothy but after that it steepened- I went ultimately to Turbo and my lowest EX1 gear (40t Front and 48T rear) for nearly 2 miles....quite tough ascent and going clockwise will be done but looks like a challenge too...

:) My day today was a nice one.
A crossroads....mmmm....which way to go ?? Go up one back down another, then up the other one and back down again, stop and have a coffee and sarnie, then set off again. 25 miles in total just messing about on the local hillock.

Off sick due to my MH issues (Bipolar), my bikes are keeping me sane.
Today's ride made me stop and look...bit on road but mostly off

poor bike lol :D tho make sure you put the spacers back the right way as on mine they was different left to right and also the bolts had different thread lengths and dont forget the lock tight on the bolt threads ;)

had to change that part as when shifting at high speed the bottom cage was flexing and the chain could jump off the bottom wheel and took a chunk of the original one but the cf one is way stronger so wont flex and has no curve the chain could get stuck in.

it should also help as not being a crap collector as it is more open but like my 11spd group set the rear mech is like a fkn lawn mower and sucks up everything in its path lol.

Did you get it mended ?
i need to check that the circlip has not broken on the left hand side of the crank shaft first as in some gears it feels like something is moving around and juddering in some gears it is annoying more than anything but nothing inside is getting damaged so just waiting for tools so i can remove the torque sensor nut to get the crank shaft out and have a look.
