emotion bike problem

Just got an emotion electric bike in our workshop and e light is flashing and no power

What colour is it flashing?
Purple light = error, but not necessarily terminal.
Download the app, connect via Bluetooth and find the error code.

This is a photo when i power up the 3 battery lights just show full battery
PAS has no control and nothing works

Used to make great sails.. Why they stopped I can't fathom... Can still more than hold their own... Big shame...

Not a lot to go on. Is it E-motion, Emotion or BH Emotion, and which model?

Yes BH Panasonic motor PAS Only no throttle
