Elife grande motor

Hi, I have just got my bike out the shop as they fixed my brakes. All the electrics are fine but they said i need a new motor but i cannot find out where to get one. Any help

The reason for the motor not kicking in as you put it, is most likely the the PAS sensor or magnet is not aligned correctly. It is found on the bottom bracket and often behind the chain wheel.
Check the sensor fitting is firmly fitted and not loose, check the magnet disc is also firm on the crank axle (it should not be loose or rotate in it self around the axle).
Make sure the gap between sensor head and magnet disc is about 1mm or closer.
If there is a Red LED does it blink as the pedals are turned ?

The loud noise isn't often anything to do with the hub, but more often attributed to a bad phase connection. The noise often sounds like the hub but is usually a loud cracking electrical sound.
