Hi, just joined the site. I see previous posts relating to the conversion of an elephant bike. Can someone let me have, or point me in the direction of, more information on how it was done and what parts or kit are required. Many thanks.

I was considering a TSDZ2 mid drive kit from PSW power.

One possible problem is that the anti rotation bracket might foul on the kickstand so a bit of extra hardware might be needed to get round this.
My project is on hold at the moment due to illness but hope to get back to it soon

Get the same kit from Woosh bikes and get 100% tip top CS/backup as well in case of any warrant issues. With PSWPower they are good to deal/buy from but sending items back or getting spares via warranty can be the opposite and could work out costly if you have to send anything back.
