I got one of these from the USA for a recent trip to Tenerife.
I thought it might be a bit of a gimmick but it worked spot on.
Made by a company called Kool breeze. Solar panel on top, fan at front and 25mm hole in back to
let the air flow.

Electric underpants would be pretty handy too.
French joke: Yellow in front, brown in back?

It refers to a Power Rangers sketch by the Inconnus... :D

New That's brilliant. I want one.

Electric underpants would be pretty handy too.
Now if we're talking novelty underpants ?
I've had this idea in my head for many years now, I'm just waiting for the technology to catch up so I can go into production ;)
antigravity underpants
Just the right amount of lift to ease my arthritic knees

As far as I can see, if that hat takes in air at the front and expels it at the back like a jet engine, you cannot legally wear it when riding an ebike because you will then have two electric motors and exceed the 250watt limit.

Well after using the "Fan hat" I found the only problem was if it was
overcast ( but still warm) the hat would not have enough sunlight to
operate So I've had a go at making one myself, with a bigger fan and it's
own battery pack.
The Fan is running in the first image.
