The battery cannot provide enough power. It probably needs to be replaced.

36v is too low. It should be 42v after charging.

I have a mate in Oman learning Arabic.
Well he says he's giving it ago.
Many will give English ago there so I understand. He's getting by ok.
It's around 40c there ATM. A e-bike battery wont like that!

Russians do that as well. My eldest son went on a long overland tour about ten years ago and he travelled through Russia into China and the far east. He said when you didn't understand them they just shouted louder and louder. He also said of all the places he ever travelled to - and he has been all over the world, Russian's were probably the most helpful, and that people went out of their way to take a stranger to where he wanted to go and expected nothing in return.

I am not sure it would be like that right now though.

Well then if that translates as stated then #10 nails it.
36v is to low after powering on and will mean the battery is weak /knackered or out of balance if charged up.

When they go to learn Arabic, it doesn't meant the language, though that might be part of it.
