eezee quando replacement battery

I've had my eezee quando for about two and a half years and used it almost daily for a 10mile round trip commute and for numerous leisure and shopping trips. It's been a great bike which has given a lot of pleasure. The Battery is tired and range is now down to about 6 miles. Now I find the bike has been discontinued by the supplier ( 50 cycles Leicestershire ) andm apparantly they have no stock of 37v lithium -ion replacement batteries. I'd be grateful for any information about where I can obtain a new battery of the same type or a better alternative which would be compatable. Hope someone can help. Digger, Walsall West Midlands

Contact Mr Ching of eZee bikes directly on ezeebike@gmail.com. He will ship by courier quickly and efficiently and is entirely trustworthy. The latest batteries are far, far superior in every respect when compared to the one you have at present.

Ezee will shortly have a new distributor opening in this country so there is no need to worry about future supply of spares etc.

Probably not Keith, but once Ezee have a proper UK distribution channel in place they will understandably probably be less keen to supply UK customers directly, instead referring them to the distributor.

Won't be long now. First shipment is arriving round about now, but warehousing etc has to be organised and the shop outlet isn't quite ready.

Hopefully by the end of May, but I'll check for dates week commencing 12th May when I meet Wai Won and Rhys Mortimer.
