Economic courier service for moving bicycles/ebikes

Hi can anyone suggest an economical way of shipping a complete ebike between two UK domestic locations?

We have looked at a few, in particular this one which seems to have the option of having a box delivered to use to send it:

Anyone who has experience of doing this and can make a recommendation please do so we will be very grateful

https://www.paisleyfreight.com look competitive - I wonder if a local bike shop might be willing to give some boxes (I imagine they might be a pain to get rid of ordinarily).

I've used Paisleyfreight once without a problem. They don't seem to supply boxes though.

I used Paisleyfreight once, NEVER AGAIN. They damaged my bike and then refused to pay out as I hadn't taken out "extra" insurance
