Ebike wire managment tips?

Hi, I know this might sound silly but I have allot of wires on my ebike for horn, indicators, taillight, headlight etc.. and I'm wanting to hide most of them, I have tried plastic tubing but I'm not to sure I like it,
Does anyone know any good material or anything that can hide the wires that could be more water resistant it's been a little bit rainy the last week and I don't fancy risking blowing anything

Spiral wrap. It's not waterproof but then the cables are insulated so it doesn't need to be.
Can be obtained in white too.

Agree on the spiral wrap. I would get a few lengths in my kits and I set it aside, preferring to use automotive plastic wires looms, which are like spiral wrap but quite bulky.

One day, I saw a cheap imported ebike. They spiral wrapped the whole front handlebar down to two groups, and it looked good. So I've started to use the spiral wrap.
