I replied on the other topic about it but my view is that the boris bikers are usually not equipped for cycling(wrong clothes, shoes, no helmets, iffy maintained bike ect) and often they have no road sense, giving them a bike that does 15mph easily and hills they can freewheel down at 20-25mph will put them in danger and others. Not to mention the roads just aren't designed to take bikes and "perfect road sharing" by painting a line and bike pic now and then is beggars belief.
