Hi I have a samebike MY275 which has lost all power I'm wondering if anyone knows where the fuse is I've emailed samebike asking them but the did not reply to my email any help would be much appreciated

The first thing you need to do is measure the voltage on the battery terminals. Remove the battery, switch it on and measure the voltage on the two outer terminals (furthest apart). If you haven't got a meter, you must buy or borrow one. You can't do anything without one.

Your battery probably doesn't have a fuse as such. Most don't because they don't need one, as there's a management board inside that will switch it off if there's a short.
