Yes you're perfectly legal and will remain so even if the law is tidied up as it will only apply to new sales.

In any case your Forza has a pedelec mode, if you were to disable the handlebar switch (perhaps by covering it with tape) leaving it permanently in pedelec mode it would then be the same specification as the mainland EU Forza which certainly complies with EU regs.

The fact the bike has a throttle has nothing to do with it, on the Forza in pedelec mode the throttle (and thus the motor) only works when you're pedalling so the legal requirement is met.

The switch on the right side of the handlebar mounted "fuel gauge" box is the pedelec mode switch. In the down "0' position power is only available while pedalling as required on the continent, while in the up "1" position power is available at all times. On your photos the switch looks to be in the up "1" position, ie. non-pedelec or e-bike mode.

Whichever of the two settings you use I take it you still have to flip the throttle for the power to come in though?
