Dry skin?

Does anyone know of products that work really well for people with dry skin.

I suffer terribly in the winter when out biking, with dried skin around my nose and chin. Tried E45 but that didn't have much of an impact.

O'Keeffe's Working Hands hand creme. This is amazing stuff and a little goes a long way. I use this as a barrier creme when working in the shop. It is also very good as just a skin creme. I buy it online but have seen in stores lately. It is very popular with those caring for horse and you might find some at a horse supply store.

Dipro base - wife uses as she gets eczema and skin splits in winter

Aveeno is very good not really made for face but I do sometimes put it on mine.
I also use a cream made in Yorkshire for sensitive skin made by totally natural skin care(www.totallynaturalskincare.co.uk)
