Do you balance your motor wheel

Hi all , do you balance your motor wheel , the reason i ask is because while having the rear wheel of the ground and spining it up on the throttle i noticed a fair amount of wheel throw out . Just wondering what effect if any it would have on the bike .

In my experience that is the case with many bicycle wheels with chunky tyres, the same effect can often be seen if a non-motored mtb rear wheel is spun up to high speed with the pedals. The effect is far worse if slime has been added to the tube as it collects in the low point when the bike is standing.
In practice it doesn't seem to cause problems and I doubt there would be any benefit in balancing at normal bicycle speeds.
