Do I have to fit all the sensors in my kit?

This might be a universal question, or specific to the stuff I have (YSBattery) - the kit came with PAS, brake levers and throttle

What happens if I leave some out? Don't want to swap my lovely Shimano brake levers for cheap Chinese ones and have to take a grinder to my crank to get the PAS on - so can I just fit the throttle for the hills?

PAS is really useful, brake levers less so with a modern hub motor but can be useful with a throttle (in case it sticks open).

The best thing about that kit is the PAS. If you didn't want PAS, there's another kit £80 cheaper.

There's always ways to fit a PAS without having to grind your crank. If you show us what you have, we can explain how.
