Do 20" bikes pull better than bigger bikes?

I'm a wobbly beggar, even on my 29er!
But I think you're right _ It's largely down to the jommetry .
I wonder if the bikes with battery behind the seatpost are more stable, due to the longer wheelbase?

I have read somewhere that bikes with the weight higher up, ie the battery up under the seat area, are more stable? I found that if i filled my pannier bags with 10 Kg of dog food the bike handled better but dogs kept chasing me!

I found that by changing my handlebars for a style that allows me to sit upright and raise the weight around and above the saddle vastly improved the stability.
