Dillinger kit

Hi all anybody had any experience with Dillinger?
I have had problems from the start and am now left with a dead bike.
The company refuses to answer emails and the phone numtber is now useless.

The kit is still within warantee so should be covered.
Basicly the battery will not charge and has been intermitent since we had it. Dillenger have left us to sort it oursefs and refuse to answer emails. I was more interested in how to get the company who sold us the kit to help us out. And if anybody else has had trouble and if so how did they get Dillenger to sort it. I am thinking my only way is to go via PayPal to get a refund for somthing that is not fit for purpose then looking for a kit that works.

Where did you buy the bike from?

A brick&mortar shop or from the internet?
