Derestrict Whisper 905 Classic

i am looking in a few weeks of buying a whisper 905 Classic
Does anyone know how to Derestrict it to make it go a little faster
Any information and i would be very grateful

The thread linked to is rather ancient and the Wisper range has gone through several iterations since then. Is the current range easy to adapt to exceed the 15.5MPH limit?
