De restrict for off road use

Hi,just got a wisper tailwind trail to go off road with and would like to see if its possible to de restrict it? Its for private land use only of course

my bike is bosch but wisper systems used hub motors and controllers but might be able to sell you one that can give a bit more speed/ more amps.

the batt must be capable of the sustained amps the controller uses or kaboom

Even off road if YOU don't own the land or have permission it is illegal and god help you if you hit someone I would sue

What "Private land" most land is "Private" my back garden is, forests are even if owned by the Forestry commission and so on

Wisper will not tell you (even it is was possibe) , warranty repairs would cost them to much and would mean the EN15194 rating becoming illegal.
You will find thy are a responsible dealer and will kindly send you away with a flea in your ear.

Tailwind is a nice bike BTW, but poor choice to derestrict.

Thanks for all ur advice,by off road i meant i wouldnt be riding it on the road , and yes private land is the land owned by a local guy who said its fine, kinda new to this but thanks for all your help

Is the land owner insured if you are injured and sue?
