Evening the odds by running one or two over by pedelec, would have been in the national interest and the actions of a true patriot?
Confused loyalties, I am English by birth, but do support Wales.
The centre of Cardiff has become a fair bit more dangerous for pedestrians recently, large areas where you used to walk have been taken over by those wooden cabins selling stuff. There is very little room left for pedestrians, and I was hit in the elbow yesterday by some lunny cyclist trying to squeeze past.
If the area becomes more busy, say on an international day, or a busy Christmas shopping day, it could become dangerously overcrowded, definetly somewhere to avoid.
