Hello,

I got a problem with my motor. Its broken the cable went off and i need to replace it. I contact support but they offer me new one for 480 pounds.. so that's why i'm here. On the back is writted 26"x-qh48v1000w. So looks like it unbranded. Also i'm adding the pics of the wheel motor and controller. Anyone will be so kind to help me find replacment?

All motors work the same, so you should be able to use any one you want, except that you sometimes need to change the speed sensor setting in the LCD and occasionally, you have to figure out the correct wire sequence.

if you fit a different motor, you need to build it into the rim or buy one already built. if you just want to replace the core, you have to buy exactly the same motor. unfortunately, we don't know which motor you have, so we can't advise on that.

I'm looking for an e-bike motor with the following specifications: 48V, 250W, and 80 Nm, I need it to be compatible with a 26” wheel, 190mm width. I know there’s a 48V 1000W version with a 1:5 reduction ratio and a max speed of 50 km/h, designed for fat bikes, beach bikes, and snow bikes, but I specifically need the 250W(fitting for my controller).
