Cycling Plus is a serious magazine for the lycra-clad, fighting-fit cyclist who thinks little of spending thousands of pounds on the latest type of carbon frame. The current issue rounds up the year and gives awards to bikes that have impressed their journalists over the last year. So it says a lot about the eZee Torq that it was the only electric bicycle included in the their end-of-year awards, an accolade they say it deserves because it's a groundbreaking machine.

Here's a cheeky scan of the clipping:

Great news to see an electric bike win an award especially in a traditional cyclist magazine :D

I saw the review earlier in the year of the Torq.

I'll second that, the Torq is the perfect machine for winning over the enthusiast rider to the assisted cause, and it's just those superfit riders who'll get the best out of it in turn. Couldn't be a better match of abilities.
