I can't answer your question, but I'd consider the CX3, which is a bit more expensive, but has a much nicer control system. Sports HQ have some ex-demo CX1s for £370

Punctures are the same as any bike: lever the tyre off on one side; pull out the tube; find the hole and patch it; look at the corresponding position on the tyre and remove anything still there that caused the puncture; stuff the tube back in; press the tyre back on; pump it up.

You don't get punctures if you fit Schwalbe Marathon plus tyres. For that, you have to remove the wheels: Turn the bike upside down; disconnect the motor wire; undo the nuts; wiggle the wheel out; change the tyre; pull the derailleur back and wiggle the wheel back in, making sure that it's the right way up (anti-rotation washer tabs); tighten nuts;connect motor cable. That's basically the same as a normal bike except the bit about the right way up. A normal bike wheel can go in in any position, but an ebike one only goes in in one position (rotationwise).

Thanks for the explanation
Do you know if there are security locks for the battery? Would be ideal to have if parking the bike up somewhere for a couple of hours. Thanks

Just about all batteries lock to the frame somehow. The only problem is that the downtube ones are only held by 5mm riveted studs. Anybody that know that could wiggle one off with its holder in a few seconds, leaving you with holes in your frame; however, the battery can't be removed from the holder without the key, though I guess it would be possible to drill the lock in the comfort of home. It would then need a replacement lock before the battery could be used. All in all, probably not worth it to try and steel a battery unless you know how to repair them.

They look pretty good to me, but you have to ask why they're so cheap and didn't get sold at the normal price. Even if you had to buy a replacement battery at say £200, the price is still reasonable.

Thanks for your advise. I may go for the EX-DEMO Cyclamatic Power Plus CX1. Going for £369 from The Sports Hq. Looks nice and within by buget.
