I like that, stealthy look apart from the controller.i think it would blend in with the look far better,if painted white or black,will the batterys go in the frame or in a bag or something?.

The respray will finish it off ... personally I think attaching some sort of hinged cover plate to the underside to hide the connectors coming out of the controller would also make a worthwhile difference to the aesthetics.
Do you pop a blanking EC5 on the backpack battery connection behind the seat when not in use ? Be easy enough to make one with some silicone sealant and a spare connector.

Nice job. Your best yet, but I think you can do even better. It's time to start another build. Let me know if you decide to sell it for £1200.
Thought I would push the 18fet 4110 to see what it can do. 100amps @ 92v!
I've since limited it back to 65 amps battery, 150 amps phase.
This was on an almost level piece of road, if anything there is a slight descent to the road but barely.
Due to the cold air, the motor and controller were barely warm after I got back home and left it standing for 5 minutes.

I'm not trying to steal anyones ideas & hard work, or hijack this thread for what is undoubtedly a very cool bike, but is there a market for a frame like this ?
I'm pretty sure we could come up with something pretty cool, for not a huge amount of money. It would need input from some of you electro-techy people, but we have everything else needed to do it.
I don't see this so much as a business opportunity, but rather a bit of fun that I am happy to work on if I can cover my costs.
Fully concealed electrics etc ?
Any thoughts ?

There are a few DIY frames available, but they all have faults in my opinion and are pretty pricey. Check out the Raptor Torque frame (£1200), as well as the Greyborg frame (£600).
The frame design on mine is something I personally like in comparison, perhaps a bit wider and it would be ideal.

The frame has now been sandblasted and resprayed at a printshop.

Was lucky enough to have a blast on this today. Truely stunning and hats off to Paul for the build. Gutted it's not mine. Whoever bought it is very lucky indeed. To think this is cheaper than most basic Haibikes etc is mind blowing. Oh I only managed 47mph, but the majority was uphill, on a private road of course
