i think that should do it but anyone in the other direction is going to have there eyes burned out :p

batt at full power will last about 1hr 40 mins on the display, it is not 8000lm more like 4000lm or 1 cree xhp70 all full wack with a giant pc heat sink.

ill do a vid of both when bike is fixed fkn thing lol.

tried this out yesterday on a ride back from town down the canal at night and on full beam i seen some one riding the other way about 80m away stop and try up there light power and keep going buy the time i was 20m away he just stopped and said as i went buy turn ur fkn light down pmsl, he tried to blind me and failed i have a remote on my handle bars i dont need to stop. :p

power usage is another matter at full power you will get about just over 1hr 18mins on full beam so not far off but at this rate of usage will hammer the cells over time and reduce the life of the cells in the pack under constant use under full load.

it also gets really hot if on full power so the heat sink needs airflow going around it to cool it down so best not to leave it on full power when not moving.

for the money it is the best bang for the bucks you will get lm wise it is not 8000lm tho more like 4000lm given the ah of the batt and the 8 cree leds used in the spec.

20200110_015213-1.jpgNestling brand 7x Cree something from Amazon. Bright enough on half power for picking my way against cars headlights on highway with 4x18650 battery (full, half & flash modes). Does me for a week of goin into village & back but haven't timed it. Only gives 1min warning of low batt tho, hence collection of Knog and Woosh AAA batt lights as backup!
If fitted on a car interior mirror bracket, maybe it'd 'dip' when lever thrown (patent pending ;-) ). Cheers
