I notice they are both low-step, three-speed models with no throttle. It would seem this kind of bike just does not appeal in the UK. I have done a search of French and German sites, and it's just the opposite over there.

That first one at £299 is free delivery too, real bargain!

This kind of e-bike is also popular in The Netherlands, and there the flat conditions favour one with only a three speed hub gear.

If the ones that are on sale now are of the same batch, it's not a good deal.
The B&R bikes still show 'reserve not met' - we still don't know how much they'll go for.

Probably the shipping weight, which includes the charger, toolkit and box.

It's a 3 speed Nexus hub on the B&R and looks like they are around £55.
