Converting Road Bike

Thanks. I was looking at the Orbrea Gain D40, which looks like a great bike but have has a number of issues for what I want to do - limited power / range, integrated battery making charging off the bike impossible and having now seen one, probably won't easily take mudguards or a rack.
As a result I've gone back to trying to convert the Audax bike I already have.

Good luck Graham, my friend has had several serious knee operations and had to retire early, thats why I avised you not to use a torque mid motor.

These guys now giving you advice are very knowledgeable.

Thanks Frank much appreciated. My MTB conversion has gone very well, without which I'd now be off the road and has given me the confidence to tackle my Audax bike.
