I meant to add that I've a set of ergon p1 copies made by decathlon that I think are excellent. And way cheaper

Fine on my commuter but no good when offroading imho

Keep us posted Bob - let us know how you get on :)
Will do they’re expensive at £31 but if it helps me ride for longer in comfort it will be worth it . The wife has similar on her cube access but without the mini bar ends and she likes hers but it did take a while to adjust the palm grip to her liking .

The grips on the 2018 Cube Reaction Race are very hard and uncomfortable which is why I wear gloves. I did buy some softer grips, a bit like the mushroom type grips I had on my BMX as a kid in the 80's, but haven't fitted them yet.

I have fitted bar ends which I find gives me a more comfortable riding position, allowing me to alter my grip and stretch my back a bit. I had to cut the ends off the original grips to fit them..

I don't think I could get used to a mirror on a bike, plus i'd still want to be doing shoulder checks.

Rode remainder of 5 miles home - nice and comfy, really make a difference :)

These look intersting, but how do you get the original ones off? Is it a cutting job?
The guy in Halfords squirted some cleaning fluid under the original grip, twisted / pulled and off they came with not too much bother
