Hi all,
I'm slowly working away on a velomobile (based on an Alligt Alleweder A4 for those who are interested) and am adding lights.
I have indicators working well (as when the tonneau cover is on there is little space for indicating with your arms), and wanted to use the same flash relay to drive via a hazard switch as well.
Is there any safety reason why most cars/motorbikes seem to use different flasher relays for the 2 circuits?
I'm debating joining the 2 circuits together as shown in the attached sketch - it seems to work in a quick test, but I thought that I'd check with folks who have more electrical engineering knowledge in case! (Apologies for the image quality - I used a pencil, and the scanner didn't like it)
Any thoughts or input would be most welcome,
Thanks,
Phil
