Could be a bargain as the motor looks like a Suzhou Bafang but the lead acid batteries are not a good idea.

They have a dearer kit with lithium batteries here

but although the kit is "new" it is two years old, and I wonder what state the lithium batteries will be in if they have been on the shelf for two years.
