Cheap ?? Id say ***** expensive for an unknown quantity with non specified components .I gather you're the guy trying to sell these or just easily misled.

its not 699 tho its a gamble as most of these things never get delivered as they go bust.

If the bike is legit and a $699 it is a very basic bike. If you read on Tektro HDB's are extra cost as is front suspension etc,etc.
And btw I think it looks like sh**e.
