Cheap but good torque wrench recommendation(s)?

Can anyone suggest an inexpensive but reasonably good quality torque wrench? Somewhere on my bbs01b motor, something is making a slight creaking noise, and I'd like to apply more precise torque than my current "Yep, that'll do" guesstimates.

For accessible/straightforward locations, I have in the past used a long extension pipe over a socket handle thing and hung a weight off the end. For example, a 1 metre arm and 4 litres of water in a 5l plastic container is near enough 40Nm.

Improvisation is often the victim of reasonably priced stuff. I was anticipating a short spanner and a pumpkin making a joint appearance!
Unfortunately, growing a pumpkin to exactly 4kg is beyond my current pumpkin growing skills! But I could of course hack a bit off, before skewering it with the pipe...

1-5nm will be for handle bar stuff like shifters ect but dont use mine for that and only use it for the axles and pivot bolts on the frame.

Thanks! I'm happy to use my usual manual vague torque measuring method for that small stuff.

By the way this could soon be glued all over your bike frame, to produce soundwaves @soundwave

What size drive have your sockets got? Best to check the proposed torque wrench will fit
I just use a hex set and spanners. I have a very small socket set I bought in Poundland many years ago, back when it was better, therefore I don't mind buying a big new set...the combination should last years: Does anyone have any recommendations for an inexpensive but good socket set in 3/8" for the Park Tool?

I'm certainly not buying these for £47 squids
