Chair, juicer and bin lid

[E-bike Gum!]

Hi guys,
Past few months been working on a successor to my (stolen) bench grinder based e-bike. A 600w juicer motor running a chainset at about half power to a modified giant castor, which in turn drives a bin lid cable-tied to the wheel. The idea is the unit hinges up and down to automatically to find the nominal ratio.

I'm speechless! I've seen the same drive system on a lawnmower, with a rubber -rimmed wheel moving in and out on a metal disc, which was attached to the diff on the back axle. I always thought that was a good idea. It was a an American mower, possibly Toro.
