Carrera Crossraods ebike motor hub problem

I have had the carrera crossroads for 10 months yesterday out on the road the switched it on. the lights came on the controller but no power was delivered to the motor.
The battery is fully chargded . I check all the connections all secure i also checked the pins connections all straight. I checked the output of the battery all good.
The motor is a Hub SR suntour HESC R250
Any ideas anyone

The two main problems are the torque sensor and motor connector. It could be either. Before looking at those, make sure that the LCD connections are clean.

Thanks i have checked the motor connector it is clean and secure. How do i checked the torgue sensor?
