The question is, is it possible?
I think you'll be lucky to find somebody on here with the personal experience to answer your question with 100% confidence and suggest you contact a shop selling these ebikes.
PS, your battery is about to run out....

You get 3 keys with the Crossfire. The bike cuts out and often the only way to started again is to unlock the battery and reseat it. I would never leave the house without a key.

Bought this bike, going smoothly and nice, only thing now is the key for battery, as one 100% for me not enough.

Halfords will get replacement keys for you, but it is not cheap I am afraid. When I took a bike for a demo they said if I lose the keys it will be about £200 to replace. Only other way is to drill out the barrel.

Personally I would open the battery pack remove the lock barrel and simply replace it with another that fits, a really good locksmith will have a multitude of old stock maybe. A local locksmith I know has unbelievable amount of old stock in his shop and storage area, some of it must be a good 30+ years old and obsolete but every now and then someone will ask for something that he can put his hands on that no one else can.

I’ve just been through the same experience - purchased trike with lost key, spent several hours trolling the web looking for a LOCKSMITH - 6 were not worth their name and couldnt do the job, the 7th however IS A REAL LOCKSMITH based in Norwich and giving a 24/7/365 day service, no trouble they said, could take a couple of hours, so I removed the lock and took it to them (what a wonderful shop full of goodies), they rang me 2 hours later saying Job Done - cost £15.00 with two keys.

I had one of these bikes - they are trash. Avoid anything with a Suntour power system. I got the CrossFuse which uses a Bosch system and it's way way better.

As for the cutting out you can restore the battery to power by pressing the battery button.

Ask the seller if they have the charger for it. If they have "misplaced" the keys and the charger then it's likely not legit.
