Help! Carrera crosscity folding bike rear hub

Hello I bought a
Carrera Crosscity Folding Electric Bike for my dad a few years ago.
Bafang 8FUN 36v rear hub ,all working except it needs new nylon gear teeth and plate or even whole motor as in the pics,cant find them was hoping someone can help me? Thanks everyone

You can use any 20" motor wheel you want as long as it's the right speed. What voltage is yor bike?

Can I ask how you managed to overheat your motor?

36V Ebike lithium battery for an electric bike has 8.7Ah capacity, suitable for 100W-400W motor.

Dad is a very avid fisherman) Main problem bike at Ukraine. I will try to buy another one , but he is very stubborn and wants to repair this one too.

Main problem I am trying to find right motor , but at description Its shows Shengyi 36V 250W . On photos i see Bafang 8FUN 36v .

The motor in that link is too slow. You need 300+ rpm.
